My family really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and pet-friendly home located in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a KC Royals game, which was an easy 15 minute drive. The house also has lots of restaurants located nearby. Communication from the host, Dale, was great and check in/checkout was very easy. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The house was clean and suited our needs for the weekend. The fenced in backyard was a huge help since we traveled with our dogs. The house was a short drive to Arrowhead Stadium and downtown.

I would appreciate some feedback as to why the house did not get a five star review.

We were traveling to the area for a wedding and this rental gave us a quiet retreat from the wedding fun. We brought our two dogs and they felt right at home as well. Great experience, good price, and clean!

Nice little house, comfortable beds, but the place really needs a deep clean. The place is listed as pet friendly, but I will think twice about staying in a pet friendly place again. Areas of the house smelled of pet urine. Part of the couch smelled like wet dog. Floor was mopped, things were wiped down, but not in a detailed manner. Bathroom sink super slow to drain from the moment we first used it. Some of the extra bedding was wadded up on the floor in the closets, not sure if it was washed or not. We didn't use it, as there was sufficient bedding on the beds. Was a wad of pet hair in hall closet. Beds were clean, however, and comfort was good for the price. Owner is a good communicator, and easy to work with.

We had a very comfortable stay, the house seemed safe and quiet. We loved the fenced yard for our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and had tv’s in two bedrooms. I would definitely recommend staying here.
