Guest access:
Guest can access the main house and lake. The two auxiliary buildings and garage are used to house our equipment and are used only by our property managers and maintenance teams. We will always try our best to inform our guests of any grounds visitors.

Other things to note:
As you can imagine, with 35+ Acres, we are constantly 'working' and maintaining our property. Don't be alarmed if you have a lawn maintenance crew coming to mow, or grounds crew coming to prepare the grounds for upcoming seasons.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect home for a getaway with a few friends and family. Clean house and great communication with the host! It’s not too far from stores if you need to run last minute ingredients. The lake was nice to swim in also! 10/10 experience!

We love being able to share our special getaway - Rodgmar Acres - with everyone! It brings us happiness to see people enjoy our lake and acreage!

Why they chose this property

This property has been in my family for many years. I was able to purchase it in 2022 and our goal from the start was always to remodel it, and make it available for other families to use. Since we have young children, we hope families enjoy this spot just as much as we do. Plus, all the kids things are included!

What makes this property unique

This place is a retreat, tucked away from the world, with a serene and private lake. We like to use this home for ourselves to unwind and get away from all the stress of life. We want our guests to enjoy it just as we do! Free access to stand up paddle boards, an inflatable kayak, as well as a boat (if you're feeling strong!).
