This newly renovated 2 bedroom , 2 bath condo, located ocean front at Ocean View Villas in Cherry Grove, SC is a must see for all beach goers. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has a queen as well as a set of bunk beds. This condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. The condo is fully stocked with amenities and is just steps away from the beach. Amenities within the condo include wifi, fully stocked kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, small appliances such as a blender, toaster oven and coffee maker. Flat screen TVs are located in both bedrooms as well as the main living area (with DVD), stereo with ipod or MP3 hook up and much much more. Outdoor amenities include an outdoor pool for guests only, outdoor shower, beach chairs, wifi connectivity, security gates onto and off property, grilling area, gated parking lot and laundry room on site. Please contact the owner directly for other possible discounts.

My brother and I purchased this condo in the summer of 2012. I live in Lewisville, NC and my brother lives in Hillsborough, NC. We grew up coming to Ocean View Villas as our parents have owned a condominium there since the late 1970s.

Why they chose this property

As mentioned above, we have grown up coming to this beach. We have made some beautiful memories with family and friends. When offered an opportunity to own a unit, we jumped at the chance. We love the location and a lot of the current homeowners are good friends.

What makes this property unique

This condo has the best view in Cherry Grove. It can be enjoyed while sipping your coffee on the balcony or sitting in the living room. The beach is not crowded and the tide goes out further than anywhere along the Grand Strand. Staying in this condo fully immerses you in the beach.
