Located on one of the oldest and nicest blocks in Niagara Falls, this apartment is walking distance to the NF State Park and Falls.

It can sleep 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, sunroom, dining room, one full bathroom and one 1/2 bathroom, full working kitchen, off street parking in the rear of the property, and WiFi.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
You do not need to strip the bed. We will take care of this for you. Only use proper dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher. Do NOT use dishwashing soap,
Please do not put wet towels on furniture, leave them in the bathroom.
Please clean up all food, crumbs and liquids from the rental. Trash can be put in the bins next to the garage in the back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
