The home sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master en suite, 4 bathrooms and 4 screened in porches! The home features a two story stone fire place and an open living space that has everything you and your family/friends need for a great summer vacation. Beautiful heated pool and hot tub are surrounded by granite cobblestone, with professional landscaping.
Brand new furniture and large pool table in the open area space!!
All linens, towels and beach towels are included.
Community tennis, basketball, arts and crafts at the Chappy community building.
A great place to come and relax with your family and friends! 1.6 miles from the Chappy ferry. Close to everything Edgartown has to offer including shopping and restaurants.. yet private luxury and relaxation on Chappaquiddick. Walk the many land bank trails, see many beautiful views, enjoy almost private beaches!

This beautiful property is having a new pool installed this summer.
