Hi Sandra, we’re so glad you enjoyed the view, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:-In the last five years, we have undertaken substantial renovations, including a complete kitchen remodel with brand-new appliances, a complete upgrade and expansion of the wrap-around deck, replacement of the majority of windows, installation of a new 55" smart TV, and the incorporation of fresh area rugs throughout the space.-We enlist local, professional photographers to ensure that our listing photos accurately represent the property.- We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by "dirty utensils." We will address this with our on-site manager to ensure more rigorous checks are conducted.-While the on-site manager doesn't recall being contacted, we have a dedicated maintenance person who promptly addresses any hot tub issues brought to their attention.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

Hi Linda, the homeowners have asked us to share this response: - We are sorry that you felt the heating was not sufficient. Usually, the high-end wood-burning stove produces more than enough heat for the entire house, and we make sure to leave a generous amount of dry oak wood. - We also recently upgraded the electric heaters available in each bedroom to the most efficient ones on the market. We strive to give our guests the best experience possible and look forward to providing five-star stays for all future renters.
