You get a nearly nearly 360 degree view of the neighborhood from our sun room, which is nice spot for a cup of coffee and a good book.
We have one bedroom with a cushy Casper mattress and your choice of a comfortable King sized Lucid floor mattress or downy Queen futon for additional guests.

We are located walking distance from the commons and the the best casual dining in Ithaca. Also on our block is the State Diner if you're in the mood for a greasy spoon. Uncle Joe's sports bar is just a few steps away, and the Kitchen Theater offers productions almost year-round if you want to catch a thought-provoking play. If you're in the mood for a cold beer or a glass of wine, the Westy has a lovely beer garden that's perfect on warm summer nights. Walk a few blocks further west to Maxie's Supper Club or east to the Ithaca Commons for a variety of eateries to suit myriad tastes.
We love our unique Victorian home, and we hope you will too. It's a mixture of the old and new. Original high tin ceilings give the apartment a sense of history. Roomy and comfortable, it's a good place to relax, or to work. We are excited to share it with you.
