Super nice home right on the golf course. Awesome game room! Spacious room sizes. Nice screened in porch, patio and yard. Great place to visit The Woods. Easily accessible host.

The house was great for a crowd of 10! Layout was nice with a nice open living room for visiting and the garage space for the kids! We really enjoyed the stay and will keep this in our short list when we come back next time!

The property is structurally as advertised. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe as well.Our issue arose when we realized the septic tank to the property was overflowing into the yard and causing a back up plumbing issue that would not permit the toilets to flush. There are paper products in the yard and sewage. The septic access cover is not properly secure and only affixed by one bolt. This is clearly an ongoing problem at this property.There is also black mold on the walls in the master bathroom.Another, more minor issue was the front, glass cover to the oven fell off with the handle and prevented us from opening the oven.When we contacted the host about the septic issue, we did not receive a response. Then, only after taking the host we were leaving early because of the issue did we get a response. The response was that they were not aware of a problem with the septic. That is an impossibility. Very disappointed and disgusted.

The host went above and beyond to reply to my questions and requests. My dog was absolutely thrilled with the windows that went to the floor in all the rooms. :)

The Woods Resort

It worked really well we have 3 grandchildren ages 5 13 14 they have swimming, game room and Tv in every room with a Xbox in the main room. The youngest grandson loved the jacuzzi tube. I own some property close by that has a lake and they where able to swim and fish and ride there motorcycles there. My oldest grandson rides at the race track close by. The screen in porch is a big hit with me. We had a very nice week. Thanks

The house was perfect for our family of seven adults. The amenities were top notch. Only thing we could not find was a potato peeler. The master bedroom mattress was a bit uncomfortable getting in and out due to a board at knee level on either side of the bed. Either the board be removed or a thicker mattress. The MBR bath toilet seat needs to be reseated as it sometimes becomes unloose. The MBR sink hand towel holder needs reset. The door to the screened porch handle does not lock. Recommend a printed book be available to view the house rules and check out procedures - ie. the bedding, trash, towels, TV operations (we never did figure out how to view real time TV viewing of the infinity TV channels). These comments were not complaints but items we dealt with as rental owner for over 20 years of a beach house on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week at the house and would highly recommend this house as a rental opportunity.
