This property was perfect for our 5-day stay with our young adult kids. So well equipped, we had everything we needed for snorkeling, beaching, relaxing on the lanai and breakfast and dinners in. Great location for many activities in the area, including Volcano National Park, great snorkeling, and fun restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

The location was great. Really easy to get out and about to local areas. We basically had the pool all to ourselves the whole time. Was very quiet and couldn't hear the neighbors. Kevin was in great communication.

Everything was very clean, the view is fantastic, location is great, check in and out were smooth and easy. Our host was awesome, responsive, and we had zero issues. We turned on the AC units and fan in the bedrooms at night which made it perfect for sleeping. We were never there mid-day and closed all blinds to keep sun out when we left. In the morning cooking breakfast, we opened the window and doors and the breeze coming through keept it cool. Breakfast on the lani was very enjoyable! Beds are comfortable. The beach towels and little pack cooler are very handy and can help save you packing space to know they are here! It was nice to have the washer and dryer to not have to pack wet clothes for traveling home! There is a nice pool area but we never used it. There is a flight of stairs to get down to the front door, but if they are a problem for access the back door is level to the parking lot across the grass, you could potentially access the home from there if someone can let you in from the front. Would absolutely stay here again! Mahalo Kevin, we hope to come back again!!
