This beautiful unit is located on the THIRD FLOOR, so if you prefer a lower-floor condo, this is the place for you. ALSO - this means you're on the SAME FLOOR as the parking garage walk-over, making this an ultra premium location. You can bypass all the elevator lines and go right to your condo!

The third-floor location is an enormous benefit over other floors because, from the parking garage, you don't have to ride an elevator to get to your condo. AND, if there are elevator waits in the summer, you can walk down the stairs to the ground floor where the beach is. This floor is the best because it is high enough to offer privacy but low enough to feel safe! 

If you’re the kind of person that likes to stay in the most popular resort on the beach, the Calypso is perfect for you. This place is awesome, beautiful, and right across the street from Pier Park. There are two amazing pools right on the gulf and the decor will make you want to abandon your home and move in full time. Of course, the fact that it’s right across the street from Pier Park is a huge plus. Just think – all that dining, shopping, and entertainment just a short walk away!

Guest will need to pre-register online for a parking pass BEFORE arrival. There is a one car limit per reservation.

The property was perfectly located to take advantage of everything from the beautiful beach to dining/shopping. The unit was well equipped with essentials to enjoy our stay. Was perfect for our short getaway.

Perfect location

Checking in was a little rough but management was very helpful. Place is wonderful, perfect being on the 3rd floor and being able to use the crossover from the parking garage. Beautiful view from the balcony. We had a wonderful birthday weekend. Lots to do and see and walking distance to a lot of stores.

We have gone to Panama for years. I will say this was EXACTLY as pictured. It was very clean and the best location. We walked everywhere. Probably now my new favorite. The owners were wonderful about getting right back with us. The only inconvenience was not knowing where to go to check in. Over all excellent. Oh yeah the staff here was great too.

The balcony overlooks the pool and the gulf. On the way home we got a call that we had left some cash in the room. They are mailing it to us . Thank you for your honesty Colin Dooley or whoever found the cash. Also, short walk to Pier Park.

Perfect Getaway

Much Needed Vacation

We were not disappointed with our stay. The website pictures were accurate. Being on the 3rd floor was so convenient to everything. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. Will be back next year.
