Yes, the kitchen was appropriately furnished with dishes & various utensils. The house was very clean with comfortable furnishings & the neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. We also appreciated the use of a washer & dryer. We would definitely use this property again!

We were extremely pleased with our experience. The process was excellent, the residence was clean and well kept, the renters were very helpful. The options available to us were unbelievable. The house is as charming as the city of Deer Park. Will not hesitate to recommend.

The house was had a lot of amenities and the kitchen was very well stocked and supplied. We were met by the local caretaker and a welcome snack of fresh bread,cheese and grapes as well as coffee if we had wanted it. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were comfortable but all are doubles. It would be nice if at least the master bedroom had a queen or king. My husband is 6’5” and there is no way we could sleep together. The house had a nice outdoor patio where you could sit and relax. The directions there for Caring for the house were very clear and simple. We did not explore the area much as we were attending a family reunion north of there but there was a parade on Sat morning and a rodeo up the way in Clayton. The house was very quiet and quite convenient to Hwy 395 which is what we needed to access. We would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to others.
