This place was so charming and clean! I mean REALLY clean! The decor was on point and the setting was so peaceful. We enjoyed walking down the little path to the river and seeing the kitties and chickens on the way. We spent a good chunk of time enjoying the sitting area near the water. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in a beautiful area with lots of green looking down on the Little Spokane River. It was very convenient for me to a family gathering and was a great place to relax in the morning before heading off and in the evening after a long day. One of the most organized VRBOs I've been to with everything you needed for your daily needs. A very nice old restored farmhouse, super clean with nice appliances and very easy functioning air conditioning--which was very nice. Definitely would stay here again. A new grocery store has opened just off the freeway about a mile away that had absolutely everything one would need and more.

The Farmhouse fit our needs perfectly. Thanks! Seven of us stayed three nights and found the accommodations to provide plenty of room. Large Kitchen was nice and handy for our bigger crowd.

Such a lovely stay! Everything looked clean and felt homey, all the items you may need were handy and easy to find. the kids loved it as well! I felt like it was a great rate too for ample room, normally I’d pay the same amount or more for half the space.

Great little getaway out of the city. The outside cats, hot tub and games were a hit for the kids! The additional baby items (stroller, toys and high chair) were so so helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We slept really well. The house is very quiet and the radiant heat is very nice. The kitchen is adequate and well stocked. The dinosaur puzzle is missing two pieces so don’t do that one . proximity of the river is good for a winter cold plunge if you like that sort of thing and follow it up with a hot tub plunge.

The farmhouse had everything we needed for our stay. The history of its origins, owners, and land use was enlightening. The location is beautiful and quiet, and the Little Spokane River is a short walk away. Check-in was smooth, WiFi connection great, and grocery shopping was fairly close.
