Great Place

Great place with plenty of room for all. There were activities for all ages and the house just had a cozy feel. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable place for their family vacation.

Never wanted to leave!!!

This home was perfect for our annual framily vacation. The ceiling-to-floor windows made you feel like you were at the beach even inside in the A/C. Well-designed layout with rooms & bathrooms upstairs & downstairs accommodated everyone. Backed up to the canal and minutes from the beach was the best location possible. Even access to the community fishing pier, which we took advantage of. The local neighbors and visiting neighbors were all friendly, helpful, & respectful. The owner was very quick to respond and very courteous. This is definitely on our list of repeat visit locations.

The BEST beach house in Galveston!

This house and property were amazing! This house is a fishermans paradise. You have a beautiful canal you can fish or take a boat out. As well as a long pier to go fish on within walking distance. Not to mention the bay you walk past to get there. This house couldnt have fit our needs better. The house is amazing as well. Very fancy and elegant yet simple. Absolutely LOVED THE DECK

Our stay at this incredible home was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations—there’s not a single negative thing to say!This house was the perfect setting for a special weekend, as my boyfriend and I brought our families together from Dallas to celebrate the 4th of July for the first time. The highlight? A breathtaking proposal on the upper dock overlooking the water—a moment we’ll cherish forever. The home itself was ideal for our group, with a layout that made everyone feel comfortable and connected. Being right on the canal added such a unique charm, and the beach was just a quick 3-minute drive away. Plus, everything we needed was within walking distance or a short drive, making the weekend effortless and enjoyable.We’re already planning to make this a yearly tradition—it’s that special. Highly, highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to create lasting memories with loved ones. Thank you for an experience we’ll never forget!

Rodent issues

Upon arrival we found holes, door being broke, floor not swept sand and stickers trash all around on patio, random crab shells and cigar. Rat dropping all over kitchen counter, in draws, on diningroom table and by night 2 water roaches crawling on kitchen counters. Trash had not been taken out for days the smell/maggots were terrible I was then asked by owner to take care of and put out trash he would have service get come to find out trash pick up does not come until Monday so it sat Wednesday-Monday. Down stairs was not able to be locked so we had to ensure we left everything of value upstairs; some felt uncomfortable down there as well sleeping in areas not locked so all that extra room meant nothing. After leaving home owner charged me 300 to clean a rug i did not dirty; I have asked for a time stamp of carpet before and after and a receipt of cleaning as i believe the carpet was no more than 100 brand new still waiting on this. Also apparently lights have to be off by 10pm which was not communicated by homeowner or we wouls have never booked.
