"The property is in an excellent location and is very attractive and modern. When we arrived, it was slightly unclean; however, aside from that, everything was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return."

Our family reunion of 10 was full of great memories and experiences in Pagosa Springs. This home provided a great home base for our day trips but also had plenty of room when we decided to stay in. The upstairs bunk bed room and foosball table were a hit with the 4 grandkids (aged 10-12). The kitchen was very roomy for all the "cooks" in the group. My only complaint about the kitchen was the lack of forks. We ended up having to buy a box of plastic ones at Walmart (which is very conveniently located). Everyone said the beds were comfortable. The A/C worked great. The kids did some fishing in the small lake and even caught one! The mountain views were very nice. I highly recommend it!

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that Mountain Lake Villa provided a great home base for your family reunion. It is wonderful to know that the spaciousness of the villa enhanced your stay and that the kids enjoyed the upstairs bunk room, the foosball table, and even catching a fish in the lake. We are also glad that the roomy kitchen accommodated your group and that the mountain views and A/C added to your comfort. We appreciate your feedback regarding the forks. Please note that we are always happy to provide additional items during your stay; had we known, we would have been glad to deliver more to you immediately. Thank you for your recommendation, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable family gathering!

Wonderful accommodations

We stayed at the mountain villa unit 24 and had an absolutely amazing time. The house was so spacious and modern. We were right in the lake and in the evenings watched a beautiful sunset with one night seeing a double rainbow over the lake. I highly recommend using itrip and staying at this property.
