This home includes an open plan kitchen connected to the living room with bar seating, a game room with a pool table, an adjustable height standing desk and monitor, and large TVs in three of the rooms with lightning fast wifi!

☆ It's a quiet and safe neighborhood, please be considerate and respectful to your neighbors.
Although many attractions are just minutes away, you will need a vehicle to get around.
✦ Pool is seasonal ( Late April to Late October)
✦ Pet Fee: please add your pet to the reservation to see the applicable fee.
✦ Our pool and Spa maintenance service takes place twice a week, it may take place when guests are present, it takes 10 minutes, and takes place only in the outdoor backyard.
✦ Pool is not heated.
Joshua Tree National Park's north Entrance is only 5 minutes away from our peaceful Home.
◈ Quiet hours: 10 pm - 7 am.
◈ Pls respect our neighbors No loud music outdoors.
◈ No Loud parties.
◈ Guests are fully responsible for any county or city citation issued due to noise or other confirmed complaints during their stay
