Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is no need to strip beds or wash towels - - the housekeeping staff will take care of that. However, please run the dishwasher if you have any remaining dishes.
Please take your garbage to Jack’s at the end of your stay. The cost is $6 for a bag over 30 gallons, $4 for 6-30 gallons, and $2 for up to 6 gallons. Pay at the fuel service window before dumping.
Recycling can be taken to the Dropbox Recycling center at Bay Ave and Sandridge Road.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The garage is off limits and not for guest use. Three parking spaces are marked at the front of property with access to a car charger.
No cleaning of clams inside the house. Hose and folding table are available for cleaning clams outside.

Beautiful home on the beach. Very roomy. The wall of windows facing the ocean is what makes this place amazing. Close to town. Very quiet and comfortable. The air hockey and telescope along with games/puzzles are a nice touch.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful beach house. The house was exactly as described. It has a ton of space for families and has a wonderful kitchen/great room with beautiful views of the ocean. Beach access was a short walk off the back deck. The check in/out process was easy and Ursula was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again.
