Overall a great stay. A few suggestions would be to have a disinfecting cleaner or Clorox wipes to wipe countertops off, a dish rag to wash dishes and some foil. A potato masher would have come in handy. (Again…minor suggestions) The hot water took a long time in the shower but the sign in the bathroom also said to be conservative with water use…so it was hard to conserve water when it took a while to get hot. We had a hard time finding the place as the exterior photos on the listing weren’t exactly what we expected. It’s behind a building and there was a lot of construction junk around the home. Deck needs a good staining and painting. The inside was very clean and nice, beds were very comfortable. One of the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit were broken and should be fixed before renting. All in all not a bad stay…just don’t care for the exterior area and surrounding area. Close drive to Grand Canyon which was helpful.

This property was a great location for day trips to the Grand Canyon. We had some issues with the water supply, but Elle was very approachable and responsive in addressing the issue.Fun story is that we communicated that we were coffee snobs and inquired if they had a coffee grinder. She said they didn't but decided to buy one for the property.Would recommend this property.

It was a great space for our group of eight to spread out. Very convenient to the Grand Canyon. The home was beautiful, clean and very nicely themed/decorated. Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
