Welcome to Canyon Reach Ranch — a private escape on 20 secluded acres bordering public land in Northern Arizona. This fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers peace, privacy, and room to explore. Enjoy two spacious decks, a fire pit under dark skies, laundry, and stunning natural surroundings with abundant wildlife and endless stargazing.
Located just 20 minutes from the Grand Canyon, 40 minutes from Williams, 1 hour from Flagstaff, and 1.5 hours from Sedona, it’s the perfect basecamp for adventure or a quiet getaway.
Please keep doors closed, as wildlife and small rodents are common in the area and may enter if left open. Exterior security cameras are present for property monitoring.


Please note: Canyon Reach Ranch is currently offered at introductory rates while exterior landscaping and site improvements are still being completed. The home interior is fully finished, complete, and ready for guests. Some exterior areas may continue to improve during your stay, but this is not expected to impact use of the home or your experience.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Bedding There is no need to strip the beds before checking out. Please leave all sheets, blankets, comforters, and other bedding on the bed. Our cleaning team will take care of everything from there.

Towels-Please do not leave wet or damp towels in a pile or on the floor, as they can develop odors. Hang all used or wet towels over the towel racks, shower doors, or another appropriate place to dry.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Registered guests only. No unregistered visitors, parties, or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Please respect our home.

Please do not move or rearrange any furniture inside or outside the home. Thank you for helping us keep everything in its proper place.

Please keep all exterior doors closed when not in use. We are in a rural area with wildlife, insects, and small critters nearby.

The house was very nice. Finding it and the last two miles getting there were not so nice on my vehicle (the road was horrible) and I live on a dirt road. One thing that would be helpful for others is to have a place to hang a hand towel in the bathrooms. Overall a very nice place. Thank you.
