About This House:
Relax in our family friendly, year round home on the East shore of Lake Winnebago with beautiful sunsets and a big yard for kids to play in. Enjoy the lake year round with this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with private 60’ lake frontage and pier located on a private road. Close drive to many restaurants and attractions. Wake up with coffee on the pier and end the day with a glass of wine in the hot tub. Make memories and enjoy lake life at Sunsets on Lake Winnebago!

The space:
Beautiful rustic hickory floors throughout the main level. Large fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, double ovens, a small bar area, a bathroom, and a cozy lounge space. Open family room with a large tv, wood burning fireplace, granite wet bar with a wine fridge & hammered copper sink, dining table for 12, and a pool table. The second level has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, couch, desk, attached bathroom, and small deck with lake views. Two bedrooms each have a king bed and large closet. A fourth bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds and a dresser. The large outdoor deck has a covered/screened-in pergola with a table/chairs and hot tub. Outdoors include a small front yard with a play set and a large back yard with a fire pit.

Ideal location for EAA, Road America, Whispering Springs Golf Club, Battle on Bago and other ice fishing events, Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers sports, Kohler Golf tournaments and courses. Nearby restaurants include Sunset on the Water, Schmitty’s Bar and Grill, Salty’s, Jim and Linda’s Lakeview Supper Club, and Blanck’s Lake Aire Supper Club. Local attractions include The Fond du Lac Children’s Museum, Ziegler Winery, LaClare Creamery, jet ski and pontoon boat rental, hiking trails, and paved walking and biking trail.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, outdoor parking for up to 4 cars, yard with a play set, hot tub, swimming beach on the property with a Maui Mat (in summer) and access to ice fishing (in winter), and wifi. Gas grill, fire pit, and board games are also available for guest enjoyment.

SMOKE FREE house. Pets are NOT permitted. Quiet Hours are 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
Use the lake and hot tub at your own risk. No diving allowed off the pier as the lake is shallow (3 feet deep). The hot tub deck can get slippery.
Lawn service may mow Tuesday afternoons. Owner has the right to access the pier to launch personal boat.
