Do not book

I failed to read the reviews before booking but as they said, the host is not responsive. Vrbo took care of the cancellation and refund but our trip could have been ruined if we didn’t find somewhere else to stay in such last minute notice. Avoid the phone calls and inconvenience.

Terrible! No communication with owner. Flew in and were not able to stay. Contacted VRBO and immediately had returned and stay cancelled. Was impressed w/ service with VRBO. All I can say is: Do not book here.

HOST was unreachable

We spent approximately 3-4 hours trying to check in and when that failed waiting on hold for various VRBO representative to help sort out the details. I had only 48 hours in town. I was visiting my kids for my birthday. First time in years we would have spent it all together but those plans were cancelled due to missed reservations. I am disappointed by the Host and disappointed by the way it was handled initially. After a few hours on hold it got sorted out. Even then we had to pack up and leave one hotel for another that was located better to where we were going. Wasted about 6-7 hours of our waking time on details. We had only 48 hours to spend. VERY DISAPPOINTED
