Great place to stay in a great location! Everything was clean and in good working condition. The house was perfect for our multigenerational group ages 7-73. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. It’s very close to downtown Penn Yann. The expansive yard had plenty of grass for kids to play outside while adults gathered by the grill and firepit. Everything was as described and pictured. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful House

My friends and I had a 3 night stay at this property during our trip to the Finger Lakes. It was clean, well decorated, and modern. We had a lot of fun playing ping pong and foosball! The hosts were great about responding to any questions/concerns and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax. We definitely recommend a stay here!

Truly wonderful rental house

We stayed in this house for a long weekend to attend my mother's 90th birthday party. They house was lovely - spacious, well stocked, extremely clean, and the gameroom was a hit with the kids. The owners couldn't have been more friendly. The photos don't do the house justice! -- Thanks, Janet
