About this property

LOCATION LOCATION! 4 Min Walk To Village and Gondola NEW JACUZZI/SAUNA/PING PONG

Tri-level condo in the desirable Mammoth View Villas. The entry level(middle floor) has a recently remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, silverware, plateware, pots and pans, coffee maker, and anything else you could possibly need in a kitchen. The dining room consists of a rectangular, dining room table with 2 long benches along with 2 comfy chairs.There are also 3 stools in the dining room. The living room has a new, super comfy faux-leather couch and there are also two matching lazy boy recliner chairs , modern ceiling lights, an awesome stone tile fireplace (with plenty of wood for you to enjoy your romantic evenings by the fire). There is also a snow closet for all your snow jackets, snowboards, skis, boots, etc. As you make your way to the downstairs, there are two decent sized bedrooms. One bedroom has a California king size bed with brand new comfortable bedding, pillows, and comforters. There is also a brand new leather chair (matching the couches). The other bedroom has a California king size bed and this room has a new LG stackable washer/dryer (installed in Jan. 2024) in the closet. No need to have wet or dirty clothes while you are on vacation. The downstairs bedrooms share a mutual bathroom that has a shower/tub. The upstairs (3rd level) was previously a loft but it has been expanded in to an enclosed 3rd bedroom with it's own bathroom(shower/no tub). It has a proper door and this is where the kids can sleep. We have a wooden twin bunk bed (with rails), along with two more twin beds. You can sleep adults in these twin beds as well so you can sleep 4 in the upstairs bedroom.

The complex has a recently built jacuzzi (brand new in Jan. 2024), sauna, ping pong table and a recreation room for your enjoyment. Please enjoy it as it's right next door to our place (25 feet away)!! Parking passes will be issued by the on-site property manager and we have two designated spots for you directly in front of the condo.

Host was great. Only drawback was the Hot Tub was "Closed for Maintenance" the entire time we were there. The hot tub was the deciding factor in choosing this facility and it was a bummer that it was closed. I feel this should have been disclosed ahead of time.

Amazing place to stay in mammoth

Great location, felt very homely, great to come back from a hard days skiing and light the fire chill out watching movies and cooking up some great food in the kitchen. Very comfy beds and flexible accommodation for our family of 6 ranging from 15-60!!! Location is great to walk to and from the village with great restaurants nearby

I booked this place for my friends and I to go snowboarding and sking. The shuttle is right in front and you can walk to the village in less then 10 minutes!

Great property and location

The location is terrific. We were able to walk to the Village and it was a short drive to Eagle Lodge. The property is spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay. Very easy check-in/check-out process with coded front door. The king beds in the main bedrooms were very comfortable and the sheets were very soft (we all noticed the softness of the sheets). It's located within an easy walk to the Village, and was very clean. Highly recommend.

Awesome Place

Amber's place is ideal for a Mammoth getaway, summer or winter. Ideally located where you can walk to the village or Mammoth Brewery. The unit has everything you need and can easy accommodate a family or two. I highly recommend.

Great rental - it was everything we needed

Our family of 5 and a friend stayed for 4 nights for a skiing trip. The rental was all that we needed. Well equipped and cozy living and kitchen area. Good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds, lots of hot water for the showers. The wood burning stove is a winner and we loved that the clubhouse was just across the parking area. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Great place

Very nice cozy place , with a lot of beds , enough for 8 people , some beds and pillows were not very comfortable so I recommend take your own pillows with u , washer was not working which we were informed about before our arrival and was not a big deal , also club house sauna and jacuzzi were not working . We enjoyed our time for the price we paid .

The condo was on a great location. Plenty of supplies for dinners (plates, pots/pans, seasoning). Spa was not working which we did get credit back for. The spa would have been nice after day of hiking.

Great location . Walk to the village. Walk to Mammoth brewery. Short drive to the main lodge. Five Guys trip to ski on the fourth. We had a great time. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Cooked a couple times. Used community bbq twice

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This spot was perfect. Comfortable location, easy parking, great sauna, solid kitchen stocked with a plentiful amount of plates/cups/bowls/etc for the whole house, an Apple TV, brand new washer and dryer, great heating, and extremely comfortable beds. Truly an easy walk to the village for food or hitting the slopes. Grant was also a wonderful and accommodative host. 10/10 would recommend staying again. The large picnic table was also perfect for our large family dinners

overall the condo was dated, but plenty adequate. Proximity to Village gondolla and blue-line bus tram was awesome. Roomy overall, stocked/functioning kitchen (stove, micro, dishwasher, coffee maker). bedrooms were fine, warm, clean. bonus having 2 bathrooms. Bonus having a bbq and wood burning stove, big screen TV. Only negative was the common jacuzzi (outside) was dirty and not working (not hot). Heard it was that way day b4. Alternately the off-site health spa they give you access to was above average (jacuzzi, sauna, showers) i recommend the place!

Great experience

This was the first time we've rented a house like this, so were a little apprehensive. We had a little trouble getting our parking pass (it wasn't ready for us), but otherwise check-in was easy. Grant responded to my texts very quickly. The place was clean and ready for us. It was even stocked with some shampoo & soaps, which was great. Some of the house could use updating, but everything was functional. My kids loved being able to walk to The Village. Overall a good experience and would definitely come again.

We are two families who grew up in Orange County (Newport, H.B., and San Clemente) who have always had the dream of owning a 2nd home in Mammoth. In 2012, we made our dream a reality and bought this place. We are super excited to share our place with you and let you and your friends enjoy it while we are stuck at home, working and tending to our normal life activities; dreaming of our next trip up to Mammoth!

Why they chose this property

We have enjoyed coming up to Mammoth for the past 30 years and look forward to enjoying many more years in this condo with our family and our friends. Mammoth holds a soft spot in our hearts and we love to come up and take in nature's best, as often as possible. Not only is this location amazing but the complex itself has easy parking(2 spots directly in front of the condo). All the other owners that we have met have the same love and excitement for Mammoth and they are super stoked to spend their free time in the mountains. The neighbors directly next door to us are the nicest people ever and we are so fortunate to have such easy going, friendly neighbors. Just to tell you how awesome they are, they voluntarily offered, along with their friends, to help us move our extremely heavy and awkward washer and dryer unit from the U-Haul in to the downstairs bedroom. This was no easy task and we couldn't be happier to have them as our next door neighbors.

What makes this property unique

We chose this unit in Mammoth View Villas for a couple reasons. One, it is closest to the jacuzzi, sauna, and the recreation room. Two, our condo has lots of extra windows and it gets lots of light and sun because of it's southerly exposure. This helps keep the unit warmer in the winter and it's relaxing to look out the windows, watch the snowfall, and look out at the beautiful trees and mountain scenery.
