Great house built 2008 with all amenities 50m from private beach and a private bridge shared only with 2 of owners houses, fishing boat with motor, canoe , SUP, Windsurfing, Wakeboard and much more water sports.

Luxury summer house 50 m from lake with private beach, a Buddha lounge Grill area, Lavender fields, fishing boat, canoe, outside hottub for 8 pers, and more. Great for a family Vacation. It has a small Guest house where up to 4 can sleep.

Great Villa at Lake

The house is really excellent, right on the lake with everything you need. You can go boating, fishing, play badminton or lie in the whirlpool. The host is particularly friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice stay.

Beautiful location

The house itself was really lovely, modern and well equipped and in an absolutely stunning location with views and sunsets across the lake. We weren’t very lucky with the weather which limited what we could do but Per was very helpful and a lovely host. Sadly the sauna wasn’t working but everything else was great!

Relaxing getaway

We had a very relaxing vacation. The house met all our expectations and offered us exactly what we were looking for: The freedom and tranquility in the beautiful nature of southern Sweden. The owner does a perfect job, is at all times very caring and always willing to help with any questions. The equipment of the house and the possible additional equipment are good too. Uncomplicated, relaxing, beautiful - We will be very happy to come back!

Wonderful refreshing break in nature

The property was exactly as described. Super clean and beautiful. Per is fantastic as a host, responding really quickly to every question and has useful tips for places to go and places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed the property, the boat and paddle boards, the hot tub and the wildlife (including hares, cormorant, and ospreys) that visited while we were there. Per was concerned that the weather was poor while we were there, but even wall to wall sunshine couldn’t have improved our impression (only our suntans!). In fact, we are considering visiting again during the winter … does it snow much Per?!

Thanx for you kind words Kate :), It was a pleasure having you as guests and you are most welcome to vistet winter time. I would suggest to check with me how the weather is before booking, sometimes we have 80cm snow and the ice on the lake just as thick, so you Can drive with cars, and sometimes its jus rainy and dull with 5-10 degrees, but in a cold snowy winter its really nice here, and we got good downhill slopes just an hour away. Next time fly to Vaxjo , its just 90km and the flight is just 40€. Most welcome:)

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in fantastischer Lage! Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Per ist sehr gut und unkompliziert. Es gibt nichts was das Haus nicht bietet. Wir waren jeden Tag schwimmen im See und haben den Ausblick von der Terrasse genossen

Ein sehr schönes eingerichtetes Sommerhaus in toller Lage am Bolmensee. Beheizter Whirlpool und große Auswahl an Booten, Kanus und SUP waren schöne Extras. Der Besitzer kümmerte sich um alle Belange und war immer gut erreichbar.

Kurztrip in die Ruhe Schwedens

Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe von 4 Personen und zwei Hunden, die für eine Woche die Gastfreundlichkeit und das tolle Haus von unserem Vermieter Per genossen haben. Leider hat das erhoffte winterliche Wetter Schwedens nicht geklappt, dafür hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit in einem super Haus direkt am See. Wir haben mit den Hunden die Umgebung erkundet und mit ausgiebigen Spaziergängen am See und im Wald die schönheit Schwedens erlebt. Wir haben von unserem Vermieter Per, der sich wirklich super und intensiv um uns gekümmert hat, immer einen guten Rat für einen Ausflug bekommen. Das Areal hat unserer Meinung nach zu jeder Jahreszeit etwas zu bieten. Wir haben uns entschleunigt und uns mit gutem Essen und Entspanntheit die Zeit vertrieben. Vielen Dank für eine super Woche im schönen Bolmsö sagen Fred und Familie

Schwedischer Sommer am See

Sehr viel Platz in der Umgebung des Hauses. Sitzplätze für jede Tageszeit. Gut ausgestattet. Bootauswahl und Funktionalität zum Fischen gut. Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und da, wenn man Bedarf hat. Hat uns einige Tips für Essen, Einkaufen, etc. gegeben. Zweites Schlafzimmer etwas eng aber ausreichend. Wunderbare Aussicht auf den See. Fahrräder in gutem Zustand. Würden wieder buchen.

Un endroit magique !!!

Séjour magnifique. Nature incroyable. Per, le propriétaire est super gentil et présent pour nous rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible et nous filer les bonnes adresses du coin. La maison possède tout ce qu'il faut. La terrasse couverte chauffée nous a rendu nos soirées plus que sympas. Le lac est top, j'ai même pêché mon premier poisson ;-). Si on veut vraiment chercher la petite bête, le seul bémol, la guesthouse ou peuvent loger 4 personnes, n'a pas de sanitaire ce qui peut être problématique. A recommander.

Well equipped holiday home with private acces to lake in beautiful nature

This holiday home has everything for watersports lovers who like to spend time in a very nice and quiet area. Per is a fantastic host who will do everything to make the stay a huge success. The house and kitchen are well equipped including Nespresso machine and hottub.

Fantastic

We loved this house, it’s location and amenities are fantastic. The sea view is amazing! The kitchen is equipped to satisfy a proffesional chef. We loved that there are several different eating and barbecue areas. Our absolute favorite was the hot tub and the great fishing opportunity with the access to a small motorized boat. And Per is an amazing host who really wants everyone to feel at home and satisfied!

wonderful house at a wonderful place

we enjoyed our week very much. the house owner was on time, and he was always reachable by phone (whatsapp). there where a lot of extras (e.g. jacuzzi, boats, grill, standuppedal, badmington racckets, (foot)balls. the house was rented out with bedsheets and towles. (big bonus points here). you can enjoy the nature, hiking, fishing and bikeriding. you can see a lot of animals. if you are a lucky guy you will spot a elk. we really had fun!

Phantastisches Haus, mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern. Mitten im Wald. See und Wald toll zum Spielen auch für kleinere Kinder. Vermieter ist super nett, immer erreichbar auch für noch so dumme Nachfragen, hilfsbereit, großzügig, hat uns Restauranttipps und Ausflugstipps angeboten, wir hätten mit seinem Boot auf den See fahren dürfen, Sicherheitswesten für die Kinder dafür sind da. Alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann, war da. Kindersicher, trotzdem total schön. UNBEDINGT Buchen!!!! Wird man sicher nicht bereuen!!

Fantastische plek, eigen strand aan groot meer met alle watersport mogelijkheden.

Huis en gastenverblijf een 10. Je hebt 4000 m2 mooie tuin wat tot aan het Bolmenmeer loopt. De omgeving is prachtig en rustig, bossen vol met herten en ander wild. De eigenaar Per heeft er voor gezorgd dat er aan niets ontbreekt, alles is er, van badminton rackets tot aan motorboten, 3 barbeques bij 3 van de 5 terrassen. Schone hot tub, perfecte zonsondergang. Kortom een parel in Zuid Zweden.
