Very nice luxury house located directly on the sandy beach, sun all day and evening sun directly over the water. Own boat dock and beach. 3 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice water and ice maker, micro, kettle, kettle, toaster, etc.
Underfloor heating throughout the house. Guest toilet, bathroom with jacuzzi and sauna. Washer and dryer. A pool that is 7 * 3m, heated from June to August.
2 TVs with Swedish and German channels, large living room with cozy sofas. Heated outdoor room for summer evenings, large barbecue .Many balconies with plenty of sunshine throughout the day.
The house is insect-protected for itself. Ideal for fishing trips or lake trips to many islands.
There are various boats for rent on a weekly basis.
