The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great! Although there was an issue with the heating, hosts were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable.

Communication and check in was a breeze. Location was great. We were less than 10 walk to the Duomo and 3 mins to the Academia. Tram stops less than a block away with a cafe right at the front door and more cafes within 2 blocks. Like other apartments, the building has people who live there, so it can be a little noisy but we put the fans on in the bedrooms and all is quiet. It was great for our trip. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay!

This was a great location with a parking garage that had space very close!! Check-in was a little difficult. We had to give 2 hours notice and that turned into more time because the person we were meeting was running late. Not faulting her but all of our other Vrbos in Italy had door codes so we let ourselves in-this was the first place we relied on someone to meet up and let us in. I would stay here again.

Excellent experience at the apartment. Clean, beautifully decorated, fully functional for a family of four with teenagers and well situated (walking distance) to all the major sites around Duomo. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The location of the apartment was perfect for us. Away from, but an easy walk to, the more tourist-filled parts of Florence. The tram to and from the airport and the main train station stops very close by. The apartment is simply but comfortably furnished and immaculately clean. The local management is very responsive and easy to reach.

Great location and apartment

Location was so close to the Duomo so that was great. Apartment was clean and modern. Just didnt understand why we had to throw our own garbage before we leave when we paid for cleaning fee. Overall, great stay.

Cozy and modern apartment

Excellent location to all major attractions in Florence. Very quite neighborhood with the tram stop right in front so there is easy access to the train terminal. Clean and spacious apartment. Only suggestion is to have english instructions for washer and oven because both were very confusing. The manager of the property was very responsive even though she wasn't quite sure on how to use the washing machine in the apt. either. Overall we would highly recommend this property.

cozy and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here and really liked the ease of walking to nearby points of interest. The home was cute and clean. The manager was great with communicating, meeting us upon our arrival and showing us how things worked. We really liked getting to have a washing machine inside the unit! The only downside was that there was construction on the street and the noise definitely traveled upstairs, but we were already getting up and ready for the day when it started so it didn't affect us much.

A pleasant apartment in a very convenient location.

The best feature of the apartment was its location: a 15 minute walk to the Duomo, and not much further than that to many of the highlights of Florence. The apartment itself was comfortable enough. The kitchen is adequate but we wouldn't want to do a lot of cooking. The bedrooms were fine and quiet, including the one facing the street. Storage space in the latter was limited, the potential space being cluttered with any number of items. The bathroom is small and the shower tiny, but that is the result of the age of the building and what would have been possible to build. The heating system is modern and effective. The TV works ok but has only Italian stations. The apartment is on the first floor (US second floor) with no lift. A bus stop offering a number of lines is just down the block--very convenient. Ww would consider staying here again if we were to return to Florence. Expect crowds and long lines at the most important sites.
