This was an amazing place. Beautiful city views from the outside terrace, which has wonderful outside seating with lights that came on in the evening. The studio is close to the train station and walking distance to historical sites. It felt so clean and cool with the all the amenities that one would need.

Place is described well, little but cozy and the patio overlooking the Florence historical centre is quite nice and we took full advantage of it. Location is great, walking distance to all major areas which was a plus for us.

Guglielmo was an excellent host. Spot on in communication. The penthouse is an excellent location with walkability to just about everywhere. The rooftop is a nice bonus to have after long days of exploring for peace and quiet to just relax after a long day.

Look no further if you are planning a trip to Florence and want a well appointed studio apartment. The location couldn’t be much better as it is close to the Belfiore tram stop (4 mins walking) that will get you anywhere you want to go in and around the Florence area. The terrace view is amazing and it’s facing west so the sunset (weather permitting) is gorgeous.

Guglielmo (host) was very responsive and communicated directions from the airport - this apartment is easy to access from both the train station and the airport. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet after a long day of sightseeing. The bed is so comfortable. The outside deck is gorgeous- we had some rain but we did enjoy the moments we had to go out and enjoy the view and sunset of Florence. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our short stay.

This is a lovely studio apartment with a large patio. It was too hot to use the patio much in July but it was pleasant after dark. A/C problems the first night because the remote batteries died, but the A/C does work well enough to keep up with the Tuscan sun. Cute neighborhood with a very good seafood restaurant, Varadero, nearby. If you need two keys, do ask in advance. Old-fashioned keys, no key codes.

We loved staying here. The apartment was perfect for us- and the terrace was lovely. It was great to have local shops and restaurants close by. Guglielmo was so helpful and always responded promptly to our queries.

The apartment was great - well-appointed with a huge rooftoop terrace! The host was super easy to contact and responded promptly and positively to every request for information - directing us to a local trattoria that was the best we had at half the price! He also suggested a great laundry service near by. The location is great! Nice quiet neighbourhood with all the services we needed but only 15 minute walk to the train station and 20 from city centre - or the tram just 100 metres away. Great host- great location!

Beautiful penthouse apartment in Firenze

Nicely appointed penthouse. It has everything you need.

Excellent apartment with huge terrace. Loved the local neighbourhood with a great range of shops, bars and restaurants. The Varadero fish restaurant is superb.Easy access to central Florence but glad we stayed just outside the busy tourist area. Would highly recommended.

Pretty condo near everything!

Our stay was amazing! It was quite with a pretty view! I even left an item by mistake and the host was able to have it shipped back to my home in the states! Will most definitely stay again when we come back!

My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and our stay in the little penthouse did not disappoint! Pictures advertised for the property were even more spectacular in person. The rooftop patio was perfect for sipping wine in the evening and observing the beautiful city skyline!
