Space for 8-10 people. Nice ocean views in a few directions (trees and homes in the way), good location (if you want to be on this side of the Pismo area).However, a dated design...our guess was mid-80's with the only updates since then seeming to be in the Master room upstairs. The pictures are pretty accurate (there has been some painting since). Bare minimum of kitchen gear which was a challenge (we like to cook when visiting).Management company was good and timely about remedying a situation which was appreciated.Price seemed high (we rent often) for what we got, however, we were visiting for a holiday weekend so that likely skewed things.
