Located two blocks from Main Street, this brand new guest home puts you right near the center of Woodland's Downtown Historic District and is just 15 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport and UC Davis. In addition to the convenient location, several amenities are provided to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

To ensure your comfort and convenience some of the amenities include:

-Samsung Split Hvac system with a unit in each room to quickly cool or heat the space

We stayed at the property for three nights. It was exactly as described, if not better! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including coffee pods, tea, and creamers. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use. The Curtis Familia go to extra lengths to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect and we were even able to walk to several restaurants that were recommended. We will absolutely stay again when we are visiting family in Woodland.

This lovely little home was amazing very clean comfortable. Best little spot will definitely stay again if im ever over on this side of California being that I traveled from Oregon this made my trip 100% times more comfortable and better.

The house was located in a quiet residential neighborhood and was perfectly clean and well equipped. Curtis was very responsive and helpful. The property is beautifully done, clean, and has everything one would need. I stayed here for one night so I could get ready for graduation and I really appreciated that the host emphasized to enjoy your stay, don’t make a mess, but to leave the cleaning to them. This made an exciting but stressful day easier to manage by not having to worry about extra check out steps. I would book here again! Thanks for making my grad day convenient!
