Located two blocks from Main Street, this brand new guest home puts you right near the center of Woodland's Downtown Historic District and is just 15 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport and UC Davis. In addition to the convenient location, several amenities are provided to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

To ensure your comfort and convenience some of the amenities include:

-Samsung Split Hvac system with a unit in each room to quickly cool or heat the space

My husband and I enjoyed our 3-night stay at the beautiful, clean, and comfortable back unit behind a home in Woodland. The floors were clean and the furniture, refrigerator, oven and sinks were all new, along with the bathroom facilities. We parked in the street in front of the owner's home, and it was convenient. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood that is charming in the "old town" of Woodland and thank you for the great time that we experienced.

This cottage was immaculate & had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable & bath towels plush! Curtis was fantastic to work with & very responsive. We stayed at the property for three nights. It was exactly as described, if not better! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including coffee pods, tea, and creamers. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use. The Curtis Familia go to extra lengths to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect and we were even able to walk to several restaurants that were recommended. We will absolutely stay again when we are visiting family in Woodland.

This lovely little home was amazing very clean comfortable. Best little spot will definitely stay again if im ever over on this side of California being that I traveled from Oregon this made my trip 100% times more comfortable and better.

This is a beautiful condo that had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a family of 3. We loved having 2 balconies with different views. We had some trouble finding who we needed to register with and pay for parking (which was cash only), but once that was sorted out, everything was good at the condo property. The location was nice, close to everything without being too busy.

The house was located in a quiet residential neighborhood and was perfectly clean and well equipped. Curtis was very responsive and helpful.
