,very nice upgraded home ,Attached 2 car tandem garage ,near downtown Sacramento , upscale neighborhood, 250 feet from park. Alarm code can be provided upon check in. Extra bathroom toiletries provided upon request.

Johnny responded quickly with a couple of our requests and questions. Allowed us to check-in a bit early, which was greatly appreciated…The location was great for our group to take in a couple Athletics games.The unit was perfect for 3 couples. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was nice to be able to park one (medium sized) vehicle in the garage.The only cleanliness issue was it looked like the BBQ had not been cleaned or used in awhile. We had brought meat to put on the grill, but wasn’t able to. But, we found a fun, good bbq restaurant in its place, so it was all good!Really enjoyed the setup for our group!Thank you, Johnny!

Day before trip had to contact host for check in instructions. The App was not working couldn't get the address or the WiFi. I never did receive a welcome email with details. The kitchen was not well stocked, mismatched dishes like all garage sale stuff. no wine opener had to go get one, we were going to BBQ until we opened it to find the inside torched with mold and rust, there was only one serving bowl, no serving platters.A lot of things needing repair. Filter in the fridge, broken light switches, definitely not a 10/10 .

Hello I wanna apologize for any inconveniences you may have had we have guests who take a lot of dishes cookware or simply throw them away we are always restocking constantly , the bbq needs to be a request put in a ahead of time reason being we have to make sure the tank is full and it stays outside so it’s gets dirty and dusty , every light switch works since every light has two switches but I’m sure you don’t take pictures of that since you wanted to make us look bad but that’s ok.

Great stay!

Thanks for a nice stay in Sacramento! The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. We found the property to be very clean with comfortable beds. We wouldn't hesitate to book again for our next trip to Sacramento.

Perfect location and size for our needs

The house was great, but just needed some light bulbs replaced and WiFi directions. Overall, very clean and comfortable, I will definitely use this location when visiting family in the same neighborhood.

Second time we stayed there.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this home. This is our go to when dropping our child off at school. It was very convenient to UC Davis and Sacramento airport. The place remained clean and well appointed. I went for jog and felt quite safe in the neighborhood. We plan to stay again next year!

Perfect for Sacramento and San Francisco!

This was the best VRBO we’ve stayed in! The description was accurate. Great location. Great house. Clean! There were plenty of household items for use such as dish soap, coffee, toilet paper, etc. Some places are stingy with these things but not this place! Would definitely stay here again.
