No flood risk! Full lake. This large 640 Sqft Family Studio has double parking next to the entrance, and is next to RV spot 1. New Samsung TV with free Channels, streaming and Gaming. It has rear door which opens to the private covered patio and lake! The cabin includes 1 Queen & 1 full beds, kitchen with refrigerator, Microwave, dining table, full bathroom with shower, air conditioning. Dishes, utensils, towels, linens and pans. Private picnic table, additional portico, and your own BBQ. No charge for more people - just vehicles over 2 + or boat or trailer. This cabin is on the west end next to the boat ramp. Sunset View (4 night+ discount 5%)

Perfect for Our Quick Getaway

We just needed a quick get away. Just an overnight but very relaxing. We were blessed with a full lake, great weather and respectful neighbors. Everything we needed was provided and it is rare to find a place that will let you bring your Pup Pups with you with no restrictions on size. Host was quick to respond and very friendly.

Water level

The place was AWESOME, but need to update pictures—- the pictures showed the lake right by our cabin—- the lake was down therefore it was difficult to get to lake.

The pictures are 100% accurate. The lake is not our property and changes every day. The picture she referred to has a drawing on it showing where the lake is. The lake was higher during her stay. The lake is controlled by LCRA. She did not take enough time to look at the picture and further there are plenty of other pictures. This is someone who leaves dirty dishes and clearly is not stating the truth. This review has nothing to do with our place
