Incredible spacious open living area, vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows over looking beautiful Lake Buchanan & Hill Country! Relax on wrap around deck, bird watch, swim in the large pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, comfy furniture, bedroom downstairs has private entrance (only accessible from outside, bathroom is upstairs). Spacious bathroom with jet tub, huge walk-in shower, two sinks, private porch off bathroom. One block to boat ramp, playground, lake access, 5 minute drive to Spider Mountain and Reveille Ranch.
A perfect place to decompress and relax! Strict no parties or extra guest policy.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all trash is put in a trash bag before put it in the trash can outside.
Leave dirty towels in the bathroom.
Make sure outdoor umbrellas are put up and any furniture moved around is put back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no parties. Maximum of 4 adults or 5 people at the property at all times. This is a very quiet neighborhood with neighbors close by.
No swimming after 10PM. No outside noise after 10PM.
Absolutely no children left unattended around the pool.
