Homestead House 3 BR canoes & wood incl., Homestead House 3 BR/1.5 bath

3 bedroom/2 bathrooms- Original Homestead house on this gorgeous ranch w/ the Colorado river running along it and then the river enters Shadow Mountain Lake. Included:canoes, kayaks, paddle boards. 6 acres fishing ranch w/ 5 cabins along the river. Lots of private space fire pits--wood incl. Also central fire pit for families & a children's playground. We have free bikes for kids--and it's dog Disneyland! And if the town is setting off fireworks you can see them from our "Fireworks" dock.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
