We’ve rented Kolea condos for four different family vacations and this condo was by far our favorite. Great furnishings, phenomenal kitchen and wonderfully spacious. We’ll definitely rent this condo again. Honestly, even nicer than the pictures!

We woke up every morning to beautiful ocean and moutain views. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants. The pool has comfortable loungers as well as a nice shade structure for reading and relaxing. The condo was nicely furnished with very comfortable and plentiful seating. Beds were very comfortable as well and just a nice spacious clean condo. We were sad to leave!

Hands down the nicest property we stayed at in Kolea. Beautiful views and decor. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and snorkel gear all available to use. Well stocked with every day items in the pantry like spices and such. The only downside was that Lava Lava was closed for renovations which is always nice to walk to.
We would definitely stay again. This time we had my mom with us and the bed situation was a little tricky with 2 teenagers , boy and girl, not ok with sharing a queen bed. Other than that this place was awesome!

This is a wonderful condo. Its location is excellent, it is really nice, and it is a large size and feels very luxurious. Other guests and us left adult snorkel gear, beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards for future guests to use. Make sure you take a screen shot of the email about gate and front door codes because for some reason the cell reception was very bad in the area. We had to send an "emergency" text to the property managers to get the codes because I couldn't look at my email inbox due to bad reception. We love coming here, to Waikoloa and to Kolea Kai especially.

Very nice view, misrepresented amenities, inadequate cleanliness
This corner unit is lovely. It advertises as having AC, but it is locked at the owner’s discretion. Management gave off conflicting messaging & service: initially all concerns were addressed with apathy, then ultimately resolved. A broken bed was met with “these things happen”, empty propane tanks was addressed with, “it’s a holiday weekend, I’ll see if I can find someone”. A club (fitness center & lap pool) is initially offered, with a final sentence of “owner may no longer be a member”, as was our situation. The unit was superficially clean, but the (bed) comforters were soiled, the Keurig clogged, the Barbeque a grease-pit, the dryer duct clogged with lint, the washer with mold, the garbage disposal unusable. The 24hr service was responsive. The neighboring hotel partnership was nice and the beach personnel friendly & helpful. For the money, not the value we expected.
