Location was good. Room space was good. Would have liked to know BEFORE booking that there would be building maintenance going on with plastic up on balconies blocking view of ocean. Also elevator was out of order and seemed to be a reoccurring issue. IMO condo was not family friendly with many rules of No and lack of living essentials provided. Wish there were beach chairs, towels for pool, more than ONE trash bag and ONE toilet paper provided.

The view is absolutely amazing! It looks like they just remodeled the kitchen and part of the bathrooms. The location is great, close to everything. I love that I can just go doing and be at the beach. Things to imporove, the unit has only one roll or toilet paper in each bathroom, two garbage bags. I have never stayed in an unit at this price range that was no supplied with essentials. Please put a king side bed in the master bedroom. I don't even think the bed really is a queen. The check-in process was easy but lack of direction and personal touch. The unit was clean but smalled weird when we first got in. The building needs maintance. We also liked the pool but there is not even bathrooms or many amenities in this building. Unless you play tennis!

The location was great: close to restaurants, stores, and mini golf & go karts right across the street. The beach was lovely. The room was not ready on time even though we were told it was; someone was still there while we tried to settle in. There was construction happening on the buildings and all of the balconies were wrapped in tarp, which blocked the view of the ocean, which we paid to have. It also made a loud banging noise when the wind blew & went all night, keeping us awake. The middle elevator also did not work 4 of the 5 days we were there.There was a leak when it rained (3 of 5 days), there was no hot water at the kitchen sink, the dishwasher didn’t dry the dishes, the floors were dirty, the washer left the clothes smelling disgusting and dryer did not work. There was a large gap in the front door where it wasn’t sealed, and there was no way to lock the door from the inside. We tried to let someone know, but got the standard “we’ll let them know” and nothing happened. The space was nice for our group of 6, but in the future, we will think twice about staying here or renting from Liquid Life.
