(nearest neighbor is 1/4 mile away) Plenty of off road parking. The back yard is a serene outdoor oasis where only the sound of nature will be heard. A newly installed 16x16 trek deck will have ample areas for eating, grilling, and relaxing. New outdoor rainfall shower. The hammock is a perfect spot for reading a book, lounging, or catching a nap. Plenty of grass space for some good old fashioned lawn games. All new mattresses, textiles, (including sheets and towels), and new kitchen appliances. Washer/dryer is available in basement. New 55" smart tv, Alexa, and cable/wifi.
