You will enjoy modern decor throughout the unit, a kitchen with gas stove, an open living room, and a private balcony. There is a primary bedroom with a full bathroom. Two additional guest bedrooms that share a hall bathroom.

The community pool area has charcoal grills for your use and tenants may launch their kayak or paddle boards from the boat ramp. There is off street parking for 2 cars plus an over flow parking lot. Looking to fish? There is a walking path to the fishing pier on the Love Creek bridge! Endless restaurants in the area, some of the finest dining you will find!
