A great condo for a quick weekend or even a longer week of vacation. The location is great and easy to get on Coastal Highway to go where we wanted. Even though we didn’t cook while there, the kitchen was well stocked! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Drew was very responsive if I had any questions before we arrived. We look forward to our next visit!

We were very happy with the property/community. Everything went smoothly and the condo is lovely. However, there seemed to be an issue with gnats or some similar type of insect. When we opened the refrigerator door there were a lot of dead gnats in it as well as some gnats flying around inside the condo.The place was very clean so we were very confused about this issue. I feel like the owner would want to know this. If it wasn’t for the gnats it would have been a perfect stay.

We just stayed at the dogwood for a week for the second summer in a row. Although the unit is dog friendly it’s very clean compared to others we have stayed at in the area and well taken care of. There were some fruit flies, but that can happen in the summer. Also, the owners were notified of the issue before we checked in and they were kind enough to drive to the unit to address it immediately.

This was a fantastic stay. Everything you needed was included, went food shopping twice, ate out many nights. Bedding was very comfortable, living space was great, lots of room! Enjoyed the pool, went to Lewes beach a couple of times, very close. Restaurants all over to enjoy. Went into Rehobeth a couple of times for dinner and shopping. Overall great experience would do it all over again soon! Thank you.

The condo was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We stayed there during our son’s baseball tournament and found it to be very relaxing. If traveling with dogs, there's plenty of outdoor space to walk them & the condo is on the first floor making it easy to take our pet out when needed.
