About this property

Known as the Wright House, just a few blocks away from the King William District and San Antonio Riverwalk. The neighborhood is peaceful in the mornings, perfect for a walk along the river. Later in the day, Southtown is buzzing with activity. We are within walking distance of delicious restaurants, art galleries, beautiful parks, cozy coffee shops, museums, and the SoFlo HEB (local grocery store).

I grew up in San Antonio and two of my sisters and Mother all live in the neighborhood. I travel a lot for work and also love to travel on my time off. We use the income from short term rentals to help pay our ever rising property taxes here in Texas. This is our full-time home. Southtown and King William are buzzing with activity. We love how walkable the neighborhood is. You are 4 blocks from the Riverwalk! Downtown and Hemisfair park are 1 mile. There are countless bars, restaurants, parks and art galeries within a mile radius.

What makes this property unique

The Wright House is a desginated historic home by the King William Association. A man named James Wright built it in 1908. At that time There were was only one other home on the street. It has a unique Mansard style roof that is only found on one other home in all of San Antonio.
