We were here for short stay. Kitchen was clean but very sparse in plates, bowls, cookware and utensils. Everything else was very nice and clean. The only thing was that another renter had a huge child’s birthday party and there were at least 30 people which made using the pool impossible for our family. They also had a small pitt bull tied up in the pool area and our kids were afraid of the dog.

old picture are posted for marketing. The rental property was in an unacceptable condition, leading to a deeply disappointing and frustrating stay. The cleanliness was a major issue, with carpets that were extremely dirty and the pool area littered with garbage and plastic debris for the entire week. Basic amenities were either broken or missing; for example, the ice machine was out of order, the patio furniture straps were broken, and the kitchen was practically unusable with only a single fork, a leaking frying pan, and a coffee pot but no cups. We also lacked essential supplies like extra blankets and towels, and even ran out of toilet paper. To make matters worse, despite spending thousands of dollars on the rental, we received a completely unhelpful three-word response from the management company Vacasa after reaching out about these issues, which forced us to spend our own time cleaning up and buying basic necessities.
