We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—convenient to everything we wanted to do while still providing a relaxing place to come back to. The amenities were perfect and everything we needed was available. The rental was comfortable, welcoming, and made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Central location to food, drinks, shopping and the beach. The outdoor shower on the back porch was wonderful to clean off sandy children.

This is the cutest little house, just about a block away from one of the main streets of Tybee and South Beach. It is a couple of blocks away from the pool, and the pool is small but cute, with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The house shares 1 wall with a neighbor house but this was a non-issue. From the top deck off the main bedroom, you can see the ocean a little bit! No other ocean views from the home, but we were only a couple of minute walk away so it was fine.The house had 2 parking spots and good AC, plenty of kitchen space, and areas to relax (comfy couches!). There were a few games for the kids and some beach items available in the bin on the porch.We considered renting a golf cart but really didn't need it. Everything in South Beach was walking distance from the house. If you are heading up to North Beach, you'd want to drive.The management company response time and helpfulness were excellent. Check in and out were smooth. We'd stay again!

Great location, short walk to the beach. Clean and well furnished. This was our second time staying at this property. Only minor issue was a slow drip of water coming from the downstairs bathroom ceiling, likely condensation from the AC unit. Made sure the owners were aware, but it did not seem that they were able to do anything about it during our stay. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Absolutely fantastic location. Five minutes to the beach and less than that to shops & restaurants. Great communication with hosts.Trash was overflowing when we arrived which was unfortunate, but other than that I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Would absolutely rent here again.
