Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure that fireplace ashes and debris are completely cooled prior to leaving.
If electric blankets were used unplug them & leave on the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Park only in the driveway. Do not park on the rocks in the front yard.
Per Ruidoso short term rental ordinance, maximum consecutive night stay is 29 days. Longer stays available but require back to back reservations.
For our HVAC system to run well during your stay and avoid any damage, the temp should go no lower than 72 in summer and no higher than 74 in winter.
