Cozy cabin nestled in the mountains of Ruidoso New Mexico. Great cabin feel with all the conveniences of modern living including wifi. Full cooking kitchen and outdoor grill for those wanting to stay in for meals. Wood burning fireplace in the living room for warm romantic evenings or family time around the fire. Wrap around deck wonderful for wildlife observation of deer and elk nearly daily, bear on occasion, bird watching, relaxing, or spending an evening under the stars in the crisp mountain air. Easy access to local casinos(3), several golf courses, skiing, zip lines, hiking, horse racing, shopping, horseback riding and over 25 restaurants to try in the village.

Was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Location was very quiet: literally saw more elk than people near the cabin. The small, fenced back yard down the steps was most helpful in managing my dog. The owner was immediately available in the check-in process. Great small cabin and glad I stayed there.

Quiet mountain retreat

We had a fabulous week in this adorable cabin. Serene and tucked away in the hillside, it was a beautiful setting. We saw elk, wild horses and deer from the deck. The host was wonderful and responsive. Kitchen was well appointed. Would highly recommend for a family of 4 like us!

The upkeep on this place was poor, both inside and out. the bed mattress on the foot end had no support the Mattress and box springs would go down to the floor , several lights out, door knob very loose and odor of dogs.

Cute cabin. Decorated with antique furniture. Nice sitting area at the entry for 2. This is a percect cabin for a family of 4 to stay comfortably. Main bed is a little on the hard side but alot of folks prefer that. Allie was great a communication. Overall a wonderful stay.

Perfect Holiday!

Our family loved spending Christmas in this cabin. The kitchen was well stocked and the interior was beautuful. The shower was not tall enough, so taking a shower was a little tricky, but we made it work. The location is nice, but the drive is a little bumpy.

Perfect Escape

This property is absolutely beautiful and extremely well maintained. The wonderful hosts have done everything to ensure that there is a cozy touch in every detail. There is significant damage in the area from the fire and floods, which was sad to see, but we were so happy to be able to be back in Ruidoso and to see our family that lives there. We will certainly stay here again in the future when we return to this wonderful community. Highly recommend.

Nice Cabin

This was my first Vrbo experience. Nice cabin in a convenient location. Wonderful deck with comfortable wicker chairs was a highlight. Very well equipped kitchen.

Mountains good for the soul

Excellent stay. Loved the location. Remote enough to get away; yet 5 minutes from town. Cabin was toasty warm when we arrived and 6 deer were the welcoming committee. If we visit Ruidoso again, we’d absolutely stay here!

Cozy Cabin

We enjoyed 4 days in this cozy cabin in the trees. The cabin was perfect for relaxing on the deck and watching the hummingbirds and deer. The owner was great to communicate quickly when needed.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Love the location, very private and peaceful.

Love the location and the size of the cabin. Great for our small dogs. The only thing is that the air conditioner wasn't working. But we enjoyed our stay overall.

Comfy Cabin

Nice quiet convenient location to Midtown, and close to Alto and Winter Park. The cabin had several indoor and outdoor seating areas, with a kitchen that was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The inside could use a deep cleaning and dusting.
