Beautiful, modern condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Sand Pointe 213! The condo has recently been updated and no detail was missed! The decor is very modern, there is everything you need (except salt & pepper) in the kitchen and a more than generous supply of beach towels, chairs, toys, pool floats, etc. Sand Pointe is a smaller complex so the pool was never busy and parking was super convenient. There's also a nice boardwalk taking you down to the beach. We had one minor issue with the coffee pot and Sanibel Holiday resolved it immediately. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a great location and something a bit more upscale.

We too love Sand Pointe 213! So much so, I sought out their dining room light fixture for my own home! Love the modern beachy decor and that the owners have taken the time to stock their unit with everything you could need for the perfect beach vaca! We also love that each and every unit gets covered parking at Sand Pointe, its West Gulf location (great sunset views) and also the unique feature of having a great restaurant (the Sandbar) right next door! We appreciate that you notified us about the coffee pot and knowing just how important a morning cup of Joe can be to our guests our response is immediate! We hope Sanibel stays in your thoughts and you head back our way very soon!

Peaceful getaway

Proximity to beach is excellent. Near restaurants and shopping also. Condo was represented well in photos online. Felt like home away from home. I'd recommend a pillow topper for master bedroom and upgrade pillows. Would make for a more comfortable stay next time. We'd love to stay here again!!!

No Sunsets

The room was very nice. Expected it to be closer to the beach, though the walk was not bad. Few issues which took the management company a few days to rectify. No sunsets from the resort beach which was disappointing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this unit, updated decor and super comfortable beds. My family slept well all week. Sand Pointe is a great location, easy bike ride to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool provided hours of swimming and fun for the family. The condo is keyless entry which is wonderful for families coming on and off the beach but not totally sure why it’s necessary to stop at welcome center upon arrival.

Sand Point Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Vacation Rental Experience was the very best we have had in a long long time. Check in was a fast and easy. The staff at the Sanibel Holiday greeted us at the door of the office and truly made us feel like they were glad to see us after a long trip. I they explained they rental process in detail and answered all questions and what functions were going on all week in Sanibel. Now the property was gorgeous. Very well maintained and the owner left us a welcome present and note. Unit #213 is exactly like the pictures ..every room was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was new and modern. The location of this property was close to restaurants and away from the island traffic. The beach was a few steps away. I would definitely rent this property again and recommend this unit to family and friends. Great job by Sanibel Holiday in presenting this property and providing great customer service.

Biking distance to the wildlife refuge and the general store. We saw alligators, dolphins, lizards, rabbits and manatees which my kids loved. We especially loved the sunset walks on the beach. Our time on the beach was paradise. The condo was super with everything we could possibly need while on vacation including sand toys and beach chairs and towels. Highly recommend!

Finally our family getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Unit 213 was amazing! After two cancelled trips and some sad kiddos - we booked our stay and jumped on a plane yep days later. We (as a family) had never stayed in Sanibel before & can I say it did not disappoint! This unit was beautiful, clean, and in a quiet part of town. We were close to everything. On top of the unit itself the property management staff was OUTSTANDING. I cannot emphasize how outstanding they were. From the welcome kit in the condo, to emails, to calls, to access to their office printers, they were amazing. Their service was amazing. Overall, we’d book this same unit and vacation over and over. I can’t say enough good about this place!!!

We love hearing how great of a trip our guests have had and from the sound of your email this one was several notches above "GREAT"!. We are thrilled you loved your unit & our little island! We also really appreciate all the kuddos and shout outs for our staff! We try to go out of our way to make every stay the best it can be and we are so grateful you had that experience! Sounds like you will be back, hopefully over and over!

Thank you so much for your 5 star review! We love Sand Pointe 213 as well! The owners spent time living in the unit as it was being remodeled so it's one of those units that feels more like a place you could live in and not just vacation for a week in. We are thrilled you found us and #213 and we look forward to your quick return!

Beautifully decorated condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautifully decorated and furnished condo with a great direct view to the gulf. A good West Gulf Dr. location to view both sunrises and sunsets. The condo property is only about 45 units and very quiet. The one negative is that, unlike many condos we've stayed in before, there were none of the extra items you commonly find left behind by prior guests, such as coffee filters, salt and pepper/spices, household cleaners (e.g. for the stovetop). Nor were there any extra trash bags. Just be prepared to pick up all of those items. That being said, we liked the unit so much that we have reserved it again for next year.
Response from VrboOwner on 30 May 2022
I couldn't agree unit is beautifully decorated with wonderful views of the Gulf at a smaller property on West Gulf Drive. Unfortunately Florida statues require us not to leave any food product in the unit (including salt and pepper) due to contamination risks. We also do not provide household cleaners since we could be liable should a child come into contact with them. We do try to be very clear in our confirmation paperwork about what we provide in the Starter Kit so guests can pack accordingly. But we are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the beauty of Sand Pointe and Sanibel and are looking forward to having you as our guests again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time at Sand Pointe 213. The condo was very clean and had what we needed for our stay. We especially liked the beach cart and pool floats. The cart made it very convenient to get to the beach without having to carry everything. We were disappointed that we were not allowed to use the pool after sunset. Overall it was a nice time.
Response from VrboOwner on 27 May 2022
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us at Sand Pointe 213. We love this unit for its beautiful and updated decor and furnishings. The owners have really gone all out and we are glad you found you had all the extras to make your beach vacation perfect! Unfortunately "No swimming after sunset" is very common among vacation rentals out here on is a rule passed by the individual condo boards and I am sure it is in place to keep the guests safe. We hope you will return to our beautiful island soon!
