**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

We had a great week in Portugal, the Villa is in need of some love and attention, looks a little old and dated now, we did have a few issues but these were dealt with the next day, service from Paulo was excellent. All in all good vacation and the villa is in a very good location.

Loved the spacious property, good location, everything we needed was there. Just a little note.... could perhaps use the space that there is a little better and update some of the equipment / appliances. Just a shame the pool isnt heated.As the pool is freezing

Great location. Very spacious villa. Excellent outdoor area with brilliant pool bar. However, inside the villa is extremely dated. Particularly the kitchen. Broken dishwasher that needed to be fixed. Fridge seal was broken and needed to be fixed or it wouldn’t stay closed. Broken oven door that we were told “try not to open the door the whole way or it will break again”. Not well equipped. This was not ideal when trying to prepare food/cook for children. We have stayed in many excellent villas in Portugal. We would not return to this villa.

Tolle Villa in Vilamoura

Die Villa hat eine tolle Lage in relativer Nähe zum Zentrum und Hafen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und zweckmäßig möbilisiert. Die Villa hat einen leichten Renovierungsstau, der aber keine Abstriche am Urlaub erzwingt. Hierzu trägt auch der Pool im Garten bei. Der Service und die Hausreinigung sind vorbildlich. Wir kommen vermutlich mal wieder.

60th holiday

From start to finish we had a great holiday. The villa was excellent and very spacious . My grandchildren had a fantastic time in the swimming pool . Needs some maintaince issue inside bit overall we all had greattime . The management team where great and nothing was so much trouble for them if we needed them.

Excellent Villa.

My family and I stayed here for 1 week, in June. Had an amazing time. The Villa is a little dated but superb and very spacious the pool was the star attraction for us, having 2 small children they loved it. You could walk down to Vilamoura but the taxis were cheap enough and we never had to wait long. We contacted the management company about a couple of small issues we had and they can out the the following day and fixed them straight away with out any complaints. Overall extremely happy.

la maison tombe en ruine

trés chouette maison au demeurant mais dés qu'on rentre on voit que tout est à refaire. Une interrupteur sur 2 ne fonctionne pas. Une poignée sur 2 reste dans les mains. Une prise sur 2 ne fonctionne pas. L'éclairage de la piscine ainsi que du jardin ne fonctionne pas. Le grille pain ne fonctionne plus automatiquement. Les portes du lave linge et du lave vaisselle sont cassées. Le sous sol sert de dépotoire entre chaque locataire ... draps et serviettes sales dans les escaliers + tous les objets laissés par les locataires précédents (brosses à dents, produits d'entretien voir nourriture - melon etc ...). Tout ceci est vraiment dommage car la maison est vraiment trés agréable. Pour le prix nous nous attendions à une villa en état !!!

Delighted with the Villa for our group of 12 adult

We were very happy with the Villa, loads of space and facilities for our family group of 12 adults; cleaning ladies came 3 times during our stay and the pool was cleaned also. The location was lovely and quiet - no traffic etc. and was within easy reach of the Marina. Paulo at the agents office was very helpful in organising our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.
