I’m sorry you felt this way during your stay. I want to make it clear that there are no bed bugs in the unit. We have regular pest control and inspections, and there were no signs of any issues reported before or after your visit. As for the ceiling, we were made aware of a concern, but unfortunately, we weren’t given the opportunity to address it before your departure. We’ve since inspected the area thoroughly and confirmed there is no active leak. We care deeply about guest experience and are always happy to resolve any concerns when given the chance.
