As for parking, we did provide a dedicated spot, but the driveway is indeed narrow and may feel a bit tight for some drivers. We always do our best to make things as easy and comfortable as possible. Great place, slept all 7 of us no problem. Owner had little care packages for every room with soap, tooth brush, ear plugs and slippers. Fresh oranges in the kitchen. Easy to contact if needed. My Santa Fe fit down the narrow drive and we had 2 parking spots. Very clean. Close to bus stop. It is 2nd floor and w of the 4 bedrooms were on 3rd floor. 1 bathroom but we had no issues with that. I would first like to thank our host, she was amazing! Things dont always go as planned and its important to have a host that is understanding, attentive and supportive. Katy is a great host!! This unit we rented out was a 4 bedroom 1 bath. My group was mixed with coworkers and a couple family members so sharing a bathroom was dooable and better than a hotel. The shower is cute with waterfall head and the hot water works great. The rooms are Very roomy. Each room had a little basket with toothbrush, shower slippers, and a couple small complimentary items. Our group didnt go out to eat everyday and we enjoyed the experience of walking to the local grocery stores and buying items to make lunch and dinner at home. Everything worked and the kitchen was stocked with a few pots pans and utensils for easy cooking. Its pretty quiet neighborhood and walking distance from walgreens, multiple grocery stores, various food places including mcdonalds, subway, chinese, italian etc.We wanted to be closer to central new york but it being new years everything was either booked, pricey or just too packed for a group of 6. Making this location great if you plan on ubering to the city and splitting costs. Uber rides into new york could range from 30-60. But divided by the group makes uber rides affordable (we were booking uber or lyft XL). Overall, my group and I were very happy and satisfied with this place. We would book again and thanks again Katy!:)

Great stay and close to NYC

We had a great stay at this property and Katia was very responsive to our needs. Pretty quiet neighborhood that was very close to NYC. The house was clean and decorated very nicely with cute touches left in the bedrooms, slippers, toothbrushes, eye mask for sleeping, ear plugs etc. The house stayed nice and cool with the window ac units. We had plenty of room for our party of 10 and we even managed with only one bathroom between us! The one downside is the parking situation. There is only one parking spot that is very tricky to get back too. If we would have driven anything bigger than our Honda Pilot we would not have been able to get down in between the homes to park. Not that this is a bad thing necessarily but it would be helpful to note this in the listing. It is a tight squeeze! Overall we had an amazing trip and enjoyed our stay at this home!

Fantastic accommodation

Upstairs apartment in an older detached house. High ceilings and big rooms lots of character with wooden floors and sash windows. There was everything we needed amd more, lots of thoughtful additions. Toothpaste and brushes, toiletries, slippers, ear plugs and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Big comfortable beds, spacious rooms with extra blanket and pillows. Great bathroom and we loved the shower. Area was very quiet. Shops for basics a few minutes walk then 5 to 10 minute walk to pizza, fast food, supermarkets etc. The 125 bus is every half an hour and takes you to manhattan near to Times Square in 30 minutes for 3.5 usd. There are other buses, also to connect yo path trai is easy too. Hobolken was great for restaurants and riverside walk with city views. We preffered being outside the city and happy to commute. Great views of manhattan as uou approach the tunnel. Id highly recommend this property. The host answered all our questions and was super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much eye madks, ear plugs and more.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’endroit qui est au 2-3 étage , 4 belles grandes chambres avec de belles attentions pour chaque invité ( nous étions 9 ) Par contre , pour la table de cuisine limitée à 3 personnes Et stationnement très étroit, difficile d’accès ( petite voiture recommandé) 20 minutes de voiture pour aller à New-York environ
