Welcome to Tulum in Surfside! This modern, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home can accommodate up to 8 guests. TulumSurfside is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the beach, restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores. Surfside, Texas, offers a relaxed vibe that will leave you feeling rejuvenated!

**The Space**
***Living Area:***
Experience modern furnishings along with a Smart TV in both the living room and the master bedroom. Log in to your Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube TV accounts to catch up on your favorite shows. Gather everyone for a fun game night and enjoy some popcorn—these little moments make a vacation truly special. TulumSurfside provides many comforts, including hair dryers in the bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, and both ice-cold air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool. Additionally, there is an in-house washer and dryer for your convenience.

***Kitchen ***
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, flatware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee bar you’ll need. The oversized granite kitchen island seats six, making it perfect for family meals or game nights.

***Bedrooms & Bathrooms:***
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower and dual sink basins. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a door leading to a private balcony. The third bedroom is a bunk room designed with kids in mind. With plush bedding and comfortable mattresses, each guest is guaranteed a fantastic night's sleep. There are two full bathrooms in total.

Tulum Surfside is an amazingly home. Jennifer was the absolute best. She responded almost immediately if we needed something. The home was better than the pictures. Just a short walk to the pedestrian beach or a very short drive to the drive on beach. If you are lookig for a wonderful, relaxing fun filled stay then you should look at Ms. Jennifers home. Truly a great time and stay.

What makes my property unique is that I purchased it with the intention of using it as a short-term rental. I have a passion for home decor design, and I aimed to create a cozy atmosphere that offers strong Tulum, Mexico vibes. My goal is for you to feel like you’re far from home while staying here..
