* Second Bedroom*
The second bedroom offers 2 luxury double beds with a full sized closet, and flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sun.
For maximum privacy and comfort, a hallway separates the living area from both bedrooms and bathrooms.
* The Master Bath has been beautifully updated with ample room, featuring a spacious sleek tiled walk-in shower with a detachable shower head and multiple water selections.
* The second bathroom has a standard tub and shower combined. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer.
* Personal storage locker is available downstairs for guests to store beach items, chairs & toys. Bikes are not allowed in condo or on balcony. A Bike rack is available by the pool entrance or must store them on/in your vehicle.
*We provide a start up basic supply of essentials for your convenience. This includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel towels, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, 2 pods for dishwasher, fresh and clean linens, blankets, and bath towels.
Bring your own beach towels! We do not provide beach towels. Condo towels and linens are to remain inside unit.
*Please be advised it is your responsibility to purchase items you may need for your stay. There are several grocery stores, apparel shops, and restaurants located nearby.
Ike’s Beach Service's offers Umbrellas and lounge chairs for guests to rent on the beach from March- September.
*Important to Note*
Must be 25+ to rent and must be present during stay. Max of 6 people including children. No parties/events or 3rd party booking, no vaping or smoking of any kind in condo or balcony. No open flames. No pets of any kind. (Severe Health Risk to Host).
Check-in day you will receive the Unit # and Keyless door code. Check-in is anytime after 4pm.
Check out is at 10am or before. Cleaning and inspection begains immediately after. Take out all garbage and food. A garbage shute is located next to the stairs on each floor. Large items such as beverage and pizza boxes etc. must be taken to downstairs dumpster to avoid getting stuck in shute. Load and start dishwasher. Place soiled towels on bathroom floor. Ensure all faucets aren't running, refridator/ beaverage cooler are closed. Close the door behind you as you exit.
1 parking registration tag is included in your stay and will be on the kitchen counter upon check-in for you to leave on your dashboard. Parking Tag must be visible at all times to park on property. The on site office does not issue or sell parking tags to guests/renters. Parking is strictly enforced.
Host is not responsible for towing/booting fees, fines, or any damages to renter's vehicle. No boats, campers or trailers.
For your security, cameras are located in all common areas.
Amenities are subject to close for repairs and or cleaning at HOA discretion. Guests/Renters are responsible for any damages.
