Start your day with coffee on the deck, relax by the seasonal dock perfect for 1 boat(please bring bumpers) in the afternoon, and unwind around the fire pit or in the hot tub in the evening. Perfectly situated for exploring the Cayuga Wine Trail or birdwatching at the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge.

Emergencies: For urgent issues such as floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups, maintenance is available 24/7.
Non-Emergencies: For general issues, maintenance is available daily from 9 AM – 6 PM and will be addressed the following day if it is after 6pm.
🌿 Regular Operations During Your Stay:
Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.
Hot Tub Service: The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. We’ll notify you in advance. After servicing, please wait 30 minutes before using the tub to allow chemicals to circulate properly.

Our plow service works diligently around the clock to clear driveways and keep the property accessible. Please keep in mind that they service multiple homes in the area, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if there’s a short wait during heavy snowfall.
