The resort blends “A Little of Austria, a Lot of Vermont” on 2,600-acres offering four seasons of fun indoor/outdoor activities. Originally a home of the von Trapp family, known for "The Sound of Music," the property has evolved into a resort with a rich history and a family legacy.

I have been coming to the Trapp Family Lodge & Resort with my family since 1986. Growing up, we stayed in my parents' Guest House across the street. My husband and I purchased this Villa about 10 years ago, as our own family expanded. We have spent many years making the best memories at Trapp!
